All calls received will be deleted after, 6 months from the date of the call. This is to ensure that your security and privacy is being met to our high standards. If we take your card information over the phone, the member of the team, will stop the recording, so we can take your card information over the phone securely. Once the card information has been successful, the recording will resume.
